Some of the students have already begun reciting their 10 Bible Memory Verses to me. It is up to each student to take responsibility in practicing their verses and to then come and recite them to me in the morning during independent work time. A list went home with the May newletter, listing all the verses from the past year. The students can work on these verses in any order. When they come up to my desk, they will simply tell me the verse they are reciting and once it has been recited, I will check it off the list I am keeping. As your child works at memorizing and reciting these verses again, I hope that the Word of God will truly become hidden in their hearts.
